A prayer walk for peace in Kenya, following the route from Gilgil Parish through Olkalou Parish and Nyahururu Cathedral to Subukia National Shrine.

Walk from Gilgil Parish to Olkalou Parish.

Continue from Olkalou Parish to Nyahururu Cathedral.
2 October
Continue from Nyahururu Cathedral to Subukia National Shrine.
3 October
National Prayer Day and Transitus.
Participation and preparation
- Carry a rosary.
- Carry a portable warm cover for the night.
- Pack personal hygiene items, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissue.
- Carry extra consumables and extra cash for your personal needs along the journey.
- Everyone is responsible for carrying their own items.
A shared invitation
The walk anticipates around 100 Franciscan members and other Christians. It will go ahead regardless of attendance or support; contributions are welcome but not required.
